About us
Everything began with the search for a significant performance boosting exhaust system for the Aprilia RSV Mille, which we used successfully in racing for a while. But nothing at the accessories market could persuade us really.
But where getting a product from, that does not exist yet this kind ?
Therefore we started to develop and to weld. Our experience from different areas was that a ceramic coating of the pipes would improve the attributes. A whole season long we tested our Racebikes with constantly modified and revised prototypes, alternately on the race track and the dyno. In addition, several Aprilia RSV-riders took part as beta testers in that project.
Our exhaust system optimised the performance curve in every single case considerably, with stock, as well as with extremely high modified engines. The result was so impressive that we started to manufacture this system, which lets the engine breathe, finally.
Thus it began a few years ago that a couple of enthusiastic specialists of a racing team founded an enterprise because of the great demand: Smaltmoto.
Meanwhile Smaltmoto-exhaust systems running on different motorcylcles all around the globe. Also Smaltmoto-customer teams taking successfully part in various national championships which makes us very proud.
We have decided on direct distribution to the end user, because it is important to us to remain in exchange with our customers.
By direct user feedback we can speed up further development. Thus we are able to customize our products as the user prefers them. This is our advantage!
